Play Gap
Barb is a licensed clinical social worker and the co-founder and executive director of Play Gap, a nonprofit organization dedicated to championing equitable and accessible opportunities in sports for adult women.

Barb is also a contractual supervisor and peer consultant in the social work field. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Mental Health in Elite Sports from the International Olympic Committee, a Master's in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and is a Mercyhurst University alum where she earned Academic All-American honors in water polo.
