Peggy Sheahan Knee

The Knee Law Firm, LLC

Peggy is certified by the National Elder Law Foundation as an Elder Law Attorney. Her practice also includes comprehensive family planning including estate plans for persons of wealth, generation skipping planning, charitable planning, planning with life insurance contracts and business succession planning, and special needs planning for children and adults.

Peggy is a frequent speaker around the state and has served as an adjunct professor at the Rutgers-Newark University School of Law. Peggy is a past president of both the New Jersey Bar Association and Northern New Jersey Estate Planning Council, Inc. Peggy has authored numerous publications and articles on Elder Law.

She received her undergraduate education at Fordham College and her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Peggy also has her LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
