No one likes change. It is often scary, filled with uncertainty, and is sometimes painful. We are all facing changes to both our personal and professional lives. In addition, fundraisers have many considerations that are impacted by change: How will your donors, staff, volunteers and board be affected? How do you continue to fulfill your mission? It seems inevitable that the impacts of COVID-19 will continue for some time so how do we adapt to, or manage, those things that are beyond our control?

At the AFP-NJ Whitley Lecture, Alice Ferris, ACFRE, CFRE, MBA and Jim Anderson, CFRE of GoalBusters Consulting will guide us on how to approach these new challenges.
