MFC Delegates will hear from fundraising professionals with advice, case studies, and best practices to share! For example, we’ll be starting the conference off with a keynote from Fraser Green: Telling the Perfect Story in 7 Simple Steps.

 

2021 MFC CanadaHelps Bursaries 

Apply by May 7, 2021 for Free MFC Registration

In partnership with CanadaHelps, AFP Nova Scotia is proud to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to professional development in the field of fundraising by providing financial support to waive the registration fee for the Maritime Fundraising Conference (MFC) for those who might not otherwise be able to attend.

Bursaries are available and open for application to all AFP members and non-members alike, regardless of geographical location.

A Panel on Racial Equity in Philanthropy - Funding for Black Communities021 MFC CanadaHelps Bursaries

Join Fraser Green as he shares the 7 key ingredients that transform a story from being just good to truly great. 

 

We’ll begin Day 2 of our 2021 MFC with AFP Nova Scotia’s Annual General Meeting. Join us at 11:00AM on June 8th for our 20 min AGM, followed by the Chapter’s 2nd Annual Industry Awards from 11:30 – 11:50AM.

Social Change Philanthropy

Join Cathy Mann, MA, CFRE, for a lunch and learn session that is all about shifting the status quo.  

In the session, you will learn:

AFP Newfoundland and Labrador is Hosting Fundraising Day 2021

On Wednesday, May 26, join AFP-NL for Fundraising Day 2021.

If the past year has taught us anything, it is that change is inevitable.
