Choose Your Own Adventure: A Fundraising Roadmap for Every Stage is a full-day, hands-on workshop that helps participants assess their current development program, identify what is missing, and choose a practical path forward. Through interactive huddles, participants will explore the full arc of fundraising development from building basic systems and strengthening the annual fund to preparing for major gifts, capital campaigns, endowments, or capacity-building efforts. Ethics and AI tools for fundraisers will be woven throughout the day, giving participants timely insights they can put to work immediately.
