Elizabeth Fallon Quilter, CFRE, will offer the keys to unlocking success in your Fundraising Effectiveness. She will also demonstrate how to use the tools of the Fundraising Effective Project, a nationwide initiative that provides annual and quarterly reports on donor retention effectiveness and trends and how to interpret your own results.

Elizabeth has worked in, with, and for nonprofit organizations for more than 30 years. She has helped a myriad of human services organizations raise tens of millions of dollars and in many different capacities, including development staff, consultant, board member, trainer, and coach. Recently, she served as Chief Development officer for the YMCA of Greater Syracuse and continues to offer nonprofit coaching and strategic consulting for clients in Central NY and Chicago. Elizabeth is currently Chair of the Women's Fund of Central NY and on the board of the Friends of Onondaga County Library. She has held previous positions on AFP, including Diversity Chair for AFP International.
