Maximizing Fundraising Event Impact: Strategies for Change
Join us for an engaging session on how to evaluate and adapt your fundraising events to achieve maximum impact. Whether you're considering a pivot or thinking about sunsetting an event, you'll gain practical tools to make data-driven decisions. We’ll explore key metrics to consider when evaluating your fundraising event and outline a step-by-step framework for making strategic changes – including how to bring stakeholders along in the process.

Attendees will leave with actionable insights on how to think critically about your fundraising events to ensure they hold the proper place in your organization’s fundraising strategy as well as a toolkit for how to make (and communicate) strategic decisions to position your organization for the future.

This session will provide vital information for non-profit leaders responsible for producing fundraising events, executive directors responsible for outlining a comprehensive fundraising plan for their organization, and even non-profit board leaders looking to challenge the “way we’ve always done it” when it comes to events. You’ll leave empowered to navigate challenging decisions with confidence, ensuring your events contribute meaningfully to your organization's goals.
