Agnes Zach is the CEO of Nonprofit Professionals Now (NPN), an employment agency serving the nonprofit community. Over her career, Agnes has worked for a variety of organizations bringing those skills into play when leading Executive Searches and temporary placements.
Agnes started her career as a lobbyist working with small business associations, moved to a trade association and onto a nonprofit. In all these transitions, she learned and worked with board members, staff, and community partners, building relationships, and making decisions that fit their business models.
In 2012, she started NPN as a program within a nonprofit. In 2016, it moved to a corporate status with shares owned by the nonprofit and in 2022 it is now an independent S-Corp owned by Agnes Zach. During these transitions, Agnes has continued to emphasize the needs of the nonprofit client in hiring staff that thrive in their environment and enable organizations to fulfill their missions.
Agnes has an MBA from Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School and lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and favorite dog. Her grown children live nearby and walks throughout Northwest Portland are a common occurrence for the whole family.
