Kishshana Palmer, CFRE, is a keen strategist who is the driving force behind many wildly successful nonprofit campaigns. She has assisted organizations raise over $50 million dollars ... and counting. Her background includes 16 years in fundraising, marketing, and talent management.

Kishshana’s mission is to help nonprofit leaders come up with bright ideas that will catapult their organizations into success. She is an adjunct professor at Baruch College, Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer (CGT) and an AFP Master Trainer. Yes, she’s about this life and shows it through her dedication to social good.

Kishshana designs structures that last and brings in the dollars. When an organization wants to grow, find and retain people on their team, raise money, and more, she is the philanthropic fairy godmother they have on speed dial. She makes philanthropy and management accessible to everyone by merging her education and experience with pop culture to instruct. This has morphed into what she calls Fabulously Fundraising.

Her extensive and varied experience has come together to create the powerhouse she is today and spring boarded her career in national speaking, training, and coaching. It doesn’t matter if she’s speaking about philanthropy, living your most authentic life, or diversity, the energy she brings to the stage is always entertaining and edifying. It’s no wonder she’s a venerated speaker. Few can throw a dance party, drop knowledge, and change the trajectory of people’s lives and careers for the better within twenty minutes to an hour. It’s a talent she’s developed over the course of her career and her audiences often want encores.

Beth Delaney is the Director of Gift Planning at the University of Pennsylvania and has more than 10 years’ experience soliciting and closing planned gifts (small bequests up to $1.5 million) as well as outright gifts. She has an additional 20+ years’ experience as a frontline fundraiser, grantwriter and member of senior staff. She continues a consulting practice specializing in strategic planning, training and evaluation. She serves as a Trustee at Waldron Mercy Academy and is a member of the Planned Giving Council of Greater Philadelphia. She presented at PGCGP’s Planned Giving Day in 2018 and she and Val Jones have been selected to present in 2019

Jess El-Zeftawy is a Development Officer for Frederick County Public Libraries. In addition to getting the library's fundraising program off the ground, she serves as President of the Western Maryland Chapter of AFP, teaches a nonprofit leadership class at Hood College, and is actively involved in the League of Women Voters and Rotary International. When she isn’t at the library, she is most likely hanging out with her husband, her kids, and their ridiculously good-looking English bulldog.

Principal and Founder of DLBHiCKS consulting firm that provides fundraising and grant seeking guidance and support to nonprofit organizations from grassroots to global. Over a career of nearly 30 years, John has worked with a diverse and broad group of nonprofits both in the U.S. and abroad.

John is a member of the faculty of Columbia University's Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management and serves as a lecturer for Rutgers University. John is also an instructor for The Foundation Center’s Proposal Writing Bootcamp.  He is a contributing author to two books: After the Grant and The Nonprofit Handbook: Fund Raising.  John is a former member of the Board of Directors of AFP International.  He is past president of the AFP New York City Chapter and has served as Chair of Fund Raising Day in New York, the nation's largest one-day conference on philanthropy.

Her dynamic talks benefit audiences from Baltimore to Beijing, including multiple AFP international and regional conferences. She is an alumnus of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia, the American Express Leadership Academy and Hamilton College.

Vice President & Manager, Charities & Endowments Group at Fulton Financial Advisors. Sheri joined Fulton Financial Advisors in 2015. She has over 23 years experience in the trust and investment management industry. Prior to joining Fulton, she started her career as a Trust Investment Officer with a bank in Pottsville, PA and spent more than 12 years as a Trust Investment Officer and a Senior Relationship Manager with a bank in Vermont. For three years, she served as a Planned Giving Officer for Lafayette College before joining Fulton. She earned her B.S from Shippensburg University, is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute, and achieved the Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manger designation in 2004. Sheri belongs to several professional organizations and has been a board member for several nonprofit organizations. She lives in Hellertown with her husband, Greg and has three children. She enjoys cooking, travelling, and reading.

Considering that the typical planned gift is 200-300 times a donor’s largest annual gift, all fundraisers, including well-seasoned gift planners, have a lot to gain from this presentation.

serves as the Director of Advancement at Logos Academy, a private school in York PA accredited by the Middle States Association. For 20 years Logos has provided students an excellent Christ-Centered education no matter what their families income. The school is obtaining outstanding academic results while serving a student body where 65% live at or in poverty. Of the over 2.2 million dollars raised year to year to give away in scholarships, 36% are raised through traditional donations and 64% are raised through EITC and OSTC tax credit donations.

In addition to holding his CFRE, Otto is a AFP Master Trainer and proud graduate of Messiah College. Prior to serving at Logos Academy, Otto was the Vice President at Forgotten Voices working in international orphan care.

Marcella has over 30 years of experience in fundraising and constituent relations in higher education, healthcare and human services. She has extensive experience in developing major and planned gifts and in capital and endowment campaigns. Marci also is skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, communications, and creating partnerships and programs for donor cultivation, organizational visibility and fund development. As president and owner of MMS Advancement Associates LLC, Marci is responsible for providing strategic direction to the organization as well as managing day-to-day operations and client relations. Prior to becoming a consultant, Marci served in fundraising roles at Phoebe Ministries, Muhlenberg College and Miller-Keystone Blood Center.  Marci was the 87th person to receive the designation Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE).

Steven Shattuck is Chief Engagement Officer at Bloomerang. A prolific writer and speaker, he curates Bloomerang’s sector-leading educational content, and hosts their weekly webinar series which features the top thought-leaders in the nonprofit sector. Steven got his start in the nonprofit sector producing fundraising videos and other digital content for organizations like Butler University, Girl Scouts, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and the American Heart Association. Steven volunteers his time on the Project Work Group of the Fundraising Effectiveness Project and the Study Fundraising Steering Group at the Hartsook Centre for Sustainable Philanthropy at Plymouth University. He is also an AFP Center for Fundraising Innovation (CFI) committee member.

Dave is Vice President of Advancement at ACHIEVA, an associate consultant with GoalBusters Consulting, and an adjunct professor of informatics at Muskingum University’s Master of Information Strategy, Systems and Technology program.  A certified Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Master Trainer, he received the Outstanding Fund Raising Executive Award from the AFP Western PA chapter in 2013. AFP International named him as one of six in the inaugural class of Distinguished Fellows. Dave has published numerous articles in professional journals and has written fundraising curriculum for The Fund Raising School® at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University and the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities.  Dave is a past president of the AFP Western PA chapter and serves in numerous volunteer roles for AFP International.
