Digital, Online, and Social Media for Fundraising Success: Wednesday, June 9th at 11:30 am
Ken Miller will share all of the tactics and methods that have proven successful for increasing fundraising through online and social media strategies. Topics covered in this webinar include websites, Facebook, Twitter, email marketing and promotion, Google, Moz local, and more to increase your online and end of year donations. We will also look at how to effectively promote and market your events offline and online.

Seasoned Professionals: Friday, June 11th at 8:30 am
This NEW affinity group will be facilitated by Laurel Spagnola, a development professional with 30 years of diversified experience.   Are you interested in networking with other seasoned development professionals  to exchange ideas, discuss development trends, share frustrations, and learn more ways to galvanize the power of philanthropy to address critical needs?  The group will meet from 8:30 – 9:30 am on the second Friday of the month. 

Executive Directors: June 15th at 11:30 am.
Discuss issues impacting E.D.s including working with boards; human resources; finance; strategic planning; role of ED in fundraising/donor stewardship etc.  This group will meet the third Tuesday of every month.

Young In The Profession: Transition to Fundraising Affinity Group: Thursday, June 17th @ 1:00pm
This 
NEW affinity group for new to the profession fundraisers, maybe this is your second career or you were a board member or volunteer and now find yourself working for the organization. AFP Central PA wants to help you through this new transition into fundraising discussing best practices, challenges in the workplace, different types of fundraising grants, major gifts, planned giving, events, etc. 
Discuss ideas or questions you want to bounce off other colleague. Come join other AFP Central PA members and share tips, resources and learn from others' experiences. 

Grant Writers: June 24th at 10:00 am.
This affinity group is a good fit for the new grant writer of fundraiser, as well as, a good refresher for the experienced grant writer.  We talk informally about grant writing, grant makers, and grant management or whatever fundraising topics the group may want to bring up.  This group will be meet the 4th Thursday of each month.

Major Gifts Affinity Group: Thursday, July 1st at 11:00 am.

Join fellow major gifts officers to discuss best practices, strategies and ideas around key topics.  This group will meet the first Thursday of the month at 11:00 am.
