Inclusive Leadership - Casting Our DEI Leadership Shadow

When:  Jun 1, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM (ET)
Associated with  AFP RI, Rhode Island Chapter

In this session, participants will align definitions for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and understand the need to be courageous enough to challenge attitudes and practices that are inequitable. Leaders will learn the six traits of inclusive leadership, engage in conversation about their lived experiences around inclusion at work, and collaborate to define what inclusion looks like in the workplace. Participants will also assess the current state of inclusion in their organizations and learn to apply their leadership shadow in a way that aligns with and demonstrates commitment to DE&I.
