Start your New Year on the right foot by discovering tried and tested time management and planning skills. Make sure the next 12 months gets you and your organization where you want to be. Whether you are a front-line fundraiser, director of development, campaign lead, or head of marketing - to achieve timely success, you - and your team - need a plan. Attendees will learn a variety of easy planning and tracking techniques. See how using a few simple paper forms, Google Docs or Outlook can give you all the planning prowess you need, and discover powerful questions to help prioritize and guide your work. Attendees will leave with new tools, fresh ideas, and a clear vision on how to plan their work so they can work their plan. 


Guest Speaker: Rob Dunton
, Assistant Dean of Development, UC Santa Barbara 

After a successful career in marketing at AT&T, Rob entered the non-profit world over 10 years ago and has never looked back. He was Annual Fund Director and Major Gifts Director for Cate School's successful $65 million Centennial Campaign, the Director of Philanthropy at the Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbara where he co-led the successful $45 million Campaign for Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, and is currently the Assistant Dean of Development for the College of Engineering at UC Santa Barbara. In his spare time, Rob is a freelance travel writer and photographer who likes to scuba dive with sharks and mantas, and explore ice caves.
