Embedding Sustainability in Fundraising

When:  Jan 8, 2020 from 11:30 AM to 01:30 PM (PT)

A recent issue of the Chronicle of Philanthropy reported that half of development professionals plan to leave their charities in the next two years. While the year-end campaign is behind us, there is no break for a development professional. We have annual fundraising goals to meet, must continue to engage existing supporters, and constantly be present for new gift opportunities. With the philanthropic landscape changing rapidly, new generations of donors map their giving style. It is hard to admit, but that “burn-out” feeling may be creeping around our office doorway more often than we’d like.

Come and engage in a conversation on how to embed sustainability in your fundraising efforts and your organization as a whole. This presentation will offer tips on how to inspire new gifts, ignite creativity, identify strategies that work for you, and find a balance between hours on the job and at home.
