National Philanthropy Day is a special day to recognize and pay tribute to the individuals, organizations and businesses who generously give their time, talents and resources for the enrichment and benefit of our communities. This year, the AFP Santa Barbara Ventura Counties will join chapters across the country to celebrate the giving spirit and exemplary leaders of our philanthropic community.
First held locally in 1987, National Philanthropy Day recognizes the great contributions of philanthropy- and those people active in the philanthropic community who have enriched our world. It also provides an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of giving and all that it has made possible. Online registration is now closed. Tickets may be purchased day of at the door on a first come, first serve basis.
