About our Presenter

Andrew Peake is a vice president with Netzel Grigsby Associates with a track record of driving transformative organizational growth through genuine donor relationships.

Andrew’s passion lies in creating community between donors and nonprofit organizations with the belief that true connections lead to positive outcomes. He specializes in capital and annual campaigns, and strategic /development planning. Recent successful projects include Moorpark Foundation for the Arts (Strategic Plan), Humane Society of Ventura County (Development Planning), and Ventura College Foundation (Capital Campaign).

Prior to joining NGA, Andrew was the Vice President of Advancement at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme where he reshaped the organization’s fundraising approach to focus on major gifts. His leadership resulted in a major increase in donors and a rise in unrestricted revenue. Andrew also led the organization’s successful $5 million Believe in the Next Generation Comprehensive Campaign.

Peake started his career as a political consultant and fundraiser before transitioning to the nonprofit sector leading development efforts at Saint Bonaventure High School and the Alzheimer’s Association, California Central Chapter. He is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Santa Barbara/Ventura Counties Chapter and the California Lutheran University Center for Nonprofit Leadership

Andrew is a proud graduate of UC Davis with degrees in Political Science and Community Development.
