Program Description: How are you communicating your performance measures to donors and stakeholders? If you aren't addressing the desired end state you're working to achieve, you probably aren't stewarding your stakeholders as well as you could be. Results-Based Accountability (or "RBA") is a framework that can help. Grab one of your program or operations colleagues to join you for an overview of RBA, how you can implement it at your organization to increase your effectiveness, and how you can use this tool to achieve greater collaboration between program and development staff to better serve clients and donors.
