Does Your Leadership Styles Help Create A Culture for Philanthropy?

Recent research reveals the styles of leadership more likely to promote a culture of philanthropy. In this session, leadership expert Marc A. Pitman shares that research and a surprising discovery the researchers made about three seemingly unrelated systems that set the stage for more effective fundraising.

You'll leave being able to:

  • Easily identify the four most common types of leadership
  • Put conditions into place for a stronger culture of leadership
  • and have tools for growing in self-confidence
