The Coordinator, Charitable Receipting & Gift/Pledge Processing position in the University Advancement & Communications (UAC) department at the University of Regina plays an integral role in ensuring the unit meets legislated requirements for the collection and posting of gifts and pledges along with the issuance of charitable tax receipts on behalf of the University of Regina. The Coordinator function will work collaboratively within the UAC department (includes the Development, Communications and Marketing, Alumni and Community Engagement and Finance and Admin units), to advance the University’s reputation while providing outstanding customer service to alumni, donors, staff and faculty and external stake holders.

The ideal candidate will have possess knowledge of CRA guidelines and fundraising policies as well as experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT and Blackbaud NetCommunity platforms. They will possess an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, or a technical diploma with emphasis in Accounting, combined with a minimum 5 years’ of fundraising experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
