Frances Arias is a graduate of McMurry University and the American Public University System (APUS) with degrees in Political Science, Strategic Intelligence, and Military Studies.
-
She began her career as a field researcher for Texas Tech University's Institute for Rural and Community Health. She moved to Washington, DC, and worked for seven years at The George Washington University Law School, returning to Texas in 2015 to work for the Green Beret Foundation, where she most recently served as chief operating officer, spearheading resource development and fundraising efforts while improving internal operations. Now she has returned to her alma mater, McMurry University, where she utilizes her expertise to cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, uncover their philanthropic passions, and collaboratively connect those passions with campus initiatives.
-
Her work requires a robust understanding of donor database systems, and we're so glad that she's willing to share that expertise, and in particular how to effectively handle transitioning information between different platforms, with us at this Lunch & Learn.
