Trace Kingham has over 25-years of experience producing live and streaming engagement events for non-profit organizations. Trace founded his event firm in June 2014. In this short amount of time moving his business to Tampa Bay, he is producing events for many widely recognized local and global organizations, such as National American Red Cross, SYKES Enterprises, Inc., Gulf Coast JFCS, Girls Scouts of West Central Florida, just to name a few.

With deep expertise in cultivating genuine, meaningful and unparalleled relationships, Effie uses her vast network of partners to drive business results for companies and mission impact for nonprofits.
She founded Red Root Strategies after recognizing nonprofits had challenges connecting with companies aligned with their mission. At the same time, she witnessed companies wanting to support their communities and create meaningful impact without knowing where to begin.
