Discover the power of effective feedback in the nonprofit workplace! Join Leadership and Executive Coach Kathleen Comer Mozzi for an engaging session on Nonprofit Leadership: Giving and Receiving Feedback in the Workplace. This program will explore how thoughtful feedback practices can empower your team to perform at their highest level, foster continuous learning and professional growth, and help build a culture grounded in accountability.
Meet our Speaker, Kathleen Comer Mozzi:
As a Leadership and Executive Coach, Kathleen Comer Mozzi helps clients reach their professional potential by putting self-awareness and reflection into practical action. She is most passionate about leadership and organizational development, and her practice focuses on building strategies to become a more agile learner in order to grow professionally. Prior to coaching, Kathleen built the client services team for the Trade Desk, a now $40B advertising technology company. She led the team from its start-up stage through an explosive period of growth and change, both pre- and post- IPO on the NASDAQ. Building and scaling a global team in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment made her acutely aware of how critical learning agility is to success in the workplace.
Having made the transition from individual contributor to manager, and leading a team of over 150 people, Kathleen also became passionate about empowering and developing people, which led her to coaching. She trained with Columbia University's Organizational and Executive Coaching program, and uses proven tools alongside a research-based system of questioning and listening to help clients learn to thrive as more agile, empathetic and effective professionals. After over a decade living and working in NYC, Kathleen and her husband relocated back home to Norfolk, VA with their two boys. She serves on the boards of the Norfolk Innovation Corridor and the Hermitage Museum and Gardens, and enjoys time outside with her family.
