The go-to strategies for setting goals haven’t changed much of late, and are likely so ingrained in us and our teams that we don’t give them much thought, we just fill out the formula and hit submit or bring it up in the next meeting. It’s time to reframe the formula and use the momentum of this ‘new year season’ to rewire how we approach setting goals at work by pairing personal and professional visions and aspirations. This program will introduce a new strategy for goal setting, and help you define personal and professional goals that will keep you on track with your mission and purpose (in and out of the office) for the year ahead.
