Research shows that women of color working at nonprofits are experiencing persistent racial discrimination and leaving their jobs as a result. For nonprofits to retain, support, and safeguard women of color from these negative experiences, they must create an inclusive and anti-racist organizational culture that fosters a sense of belonging and inclusion.
