COURSE DESCRIPTION
Fundraisers need more than technical expertise. They must cast a clear vision, build trust, influence stakeholders, and channel generosity into meaningful impact. This 1.5-day interactive program is designed for mid-career fundraising professionals ready to enhance their strategic thinking and organizational influence, leading to measurable growth in their roles.
Through practitioner insights, hands-on exercises, and peer learning, participants will feel supported and motivated as they develop the people centered skills essential for effective fundraising: active listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, donor strategy, stewardship, innovation, consensus building, and accountability.
Participants will leave with practical tools and a focused action plan to work more effectively, build trust, and turn generosity into meaningful impact.
