Building an effective and strategic development plan is essential for more than filling current budget gaps at your nonprofit. A development plan should assess past performance, current realities, and future possibilities for your organization and empower you and your staff to build a data-backed plan to achieve its funding and programming goals.
Join the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Polk County Chapter for our April chapter meeting as we present a workshop led by veteran fundraiser Sara Leonard, MBA, CFRE. She will walk attendees through how to:
- Analyze past fundraising efforts to set realistic, achievable goals,
- Assess internal and external factors influencing fundraising at your organization,
- Identify your fundraising team, including staff, board members, volunteers, and key donors,
- Establish strategic and financial goals for impactful outcomes.
By the end of the program, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to start drafting a tailored fund development plan for your organization. Empower your team, build accountability, and set your organization on the path to sustainable growth!
