Program Topic:
Protecting Your Capacity to Connect: Strategic Rest for Fundraisers
Fundraising is relationship-centered work that requires your energy, attention, creativity, and presence. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to use the NAP Framework: Nurture, Assess, and Prioritize, to recognize what is consuming their capacity and make more intentional choices about where their energy belongs. Participants will leave with a simple Strategic Rest plan they can put into practice immediately to protect their capacity to connect and continue doing meaningful work without giving everything to everything.
