Leadership and Philanthropy…What Type of Leader Are You?

Leadership is defined in many different ways by many different people. Some believe it is
learned, while others believe it is inherent in an individual’s personality. Join us for an
interactive session while we explore the different types of leadership and explore the
differences in Servant Leadership and Traditional Leadership. Included will be a discussion
on effectively incorporating Service Learning in your organization to begin training the
next generation of leaders. In conjunction with this, we will incorporate the importance of
ethics as foundational to your organization along with mission integration as your
organization’s heart and soul. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of their
authentic style of leadership and the differences in techniques and outcomes.
