She holds a Master of Public Health in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences and is driven by a mission to dismantle systemic disparities and uplift communities through education, data, strategic development, and collaboration.
As Founder and CEO of Granted Advisors, a Louisiana-based consulting firm, Michelle leads a high-impact team specializing in grant writing, program design, evaluation, and capacity-building. Under her leadership, the firm has helped secure tens of millions in funding for clients across sectors such as public health, education, criminal justice reform, veteran services, youth opportunity, environmental justice, and community development.
Michelle brings over a decade of experience blending technical expertise with a collaborative coaching approach.
