Rachel Veron, LSU Foundation Director of Analytics
Successful organizations are focused on results, and they articulate their desired objectives and outcomes in such a way as to ensure that the whole organization is pulling in the same direction. Is your organization pulling at full strength?
Rachel Veron, LSU Foundation Director of Analytics, will teach us how to prepare for a successful strategic planning process. She will also share with us strategic planning principles that fundraisers can apply to focus on advancement goals and achieve great things in a short time frame!
Rachel Veron leads fundraising analytics for the LSU Foundation. A trained social scientist, Rachel's approach to fundraising analytics is influenced by over a decade of experience in social and education policy research applying a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition to her technical work, Rachel has led organization-wide strategic planning efforts at the LSU Foundation, Louisiana Economic Development, and in a volunteer capacity with nonprofits in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Rachel is passionate about data ethics, using evidence to improve organizations, and building sparky data science teams. Rachel holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and a Master of Public Affairs from UT-Austin and a B.S. in Economics from LSU.
