Marci Bradley, MA, CFRE, is the Principal and CEO of Marci Bradley Consulting, where she helps nonprofit leaders build sustainable systems, clarify fundraising strategies, and strengthen donor relationships through fractional fundraising support, donor engagement, and strategic coaching. With more than a decade of experience and over $10 million raised across health and human services, youth development, and higher education, she brings a practical, relationship-centered approach to fund development, events, and grant strategy. A CFRE and AFP Certified Facilitator, Marci is also an active speaker and trainer, equipping teams through workshops, conference sessions, and leadership development programs. Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she works with organizations nationwide and holds a BA in Business Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University and an MA in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
