Empowering Your Board in Fundraising Success
Presented by
Marci Bradley, MA, CFRE
Many small nonprofits struggle with the same challenge: knowing their board should be involved in fundraising but not being sure how to engage them in a way that feels clear, realistic, and sustainable. This interactive workshop is designed specifically for small shops and emerging professionals who want practical fundraising systems that work in the real world. We’ll break down the board’s role in fundraising beyond “making asks” and focus on how to engage board members as ambassadors, connectors, and partners in a way that aligns with their strengths and capacity. Participants will leave with clarity around board fundraising expectations and a tangible next-step action they can take back to their organization and implement right away.
