Bob has an extensive background in database management, CRM and marketing analysis. Under his leadership, InfoGrow has gained a national reputation as a company that bridges the gap between marketing, sales, customer service and technology. Bob has used his thirty-plus years of business experience with countless organizations to sharpen his appreciation of blending membership development, marketing processes with effective systems.

He writes and speaks on subjects related to one-to-one marketing, customer relationship management, data management, market analysis as applied to fundraising and donor retention. Bob earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Kent State and his Doctorate in Education from the University of Akron.

Bob enjoys house remodeling and long walks along the rivers and trails in northeastern Ohio, with his spouse Kim. Together they have a blended family of eight grown children and five grandkids. That last of kid’s pets have gone to a better place so we are free at last.
