Bio

Tiffany House, CAP®, CEPA is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). She works as a concierge with families and helps guide them through intricate and essential situations including transitioning a business, planning philanthropy, values-based estate planning and estate and/or appreciation tax concerns.  She works as a liaison with the advisory team to enhance efficiency, provide a comprehensive overview of opportunities and to ensure that the clients’ best interests are always first. 

 

Tiffany is a Vice President at Thompson & Associates and President of Exit Preparation and the Gift Planning Institute.  Tiffany uses her experiences as an entrepreneur, wealth advisor, business strategist and fundraiser to help her clients and donors achieve optimal outcomes for their unique circumstances.    

 

Tiffany enjoys public speaking as a way to educate individuals and organizations about the win-win outcomes of planned giving, business transition, maximizing gift impact, creating a master game plan for life, tax advantaged planning options, legacy planning, and planned giving tools and applications.

 

Being an active member of the community is important to Tiffany.  She is the Past President of Planned Giving Round Table of Arizona (PGRT) and board member of PGRT, Junior Achievement of Arizona and Check for a Lump!  She enjoys being an advisory board member for many organizations.  She is a Member of the Arizona State University (ASU) President’s Club, has participated in the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and is actively engaged in personal development with Landmark.  She mentors with the Arizona Community Foundation’s Endowment Building Initiative (AEBI) and is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 31.    

 

Tiffany studied Environmental Science at the University of Arizona and accepted a NASA Grant Internship working on documentation of Global Climate Change.  After college, she owned and operated Koocanusa Resort & Marina in Libby, Montana.  She then participated of the family business of wealth consulting, MasterTech Financial, and was a co-founder of Beyond the Ask, a company that helped non-profit organizations fundraise.   

 

Tiffany has 3 lovely daughters with an amazing and supportive husband. Training horses is her passion.  She is dedicated to the classical pursuits of dressage with her main focus on Spanish Riding.  Tiffany also enjoys sharing her life with a wide variety of animals such as a pig, ducks, chickens, dogs, cats, bunnies and her horses.
