Jessica Koscher oversees ADEC’s donor relations, media outreach, all agency communication, events and social enterprise. She came to ADEC in December 2015 from the United Way of Elkhart County. She worked for the United Way for 13 years, serving in a variety of roles before becoming their Executive Vice President. Prior to her time at the United Way, Jessica spent five years as a program director at the Youth Services Bureau and three years as a forensic interviewer for child abuse at CAPS. Jessica holds an MPA in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University, a BS in Psychology from Purdue University and a Certified Fund Raising Executive certification. When asked what she enjoys most about working at ADEC, Jessica references her motivation to join the organization due to working with energetic and passionate colleagues and the honor she feels in sharing our clients’ journeys.
