Join us on Wednesday, August 19 via Zoom for a free panel discussion featuring Josiah Golson with the 800 Collective, Jeana Lee with Unum representing their newly created Social Justice Fund, and more! Donyel Johnson, IDEA Chair of our AFP Chapter, will moderate this session.

About Our Speakers

Josiah Golson is an artist, lawyer, and author and illustrator of "The Souls of Free Folk," a book of art and poetry about identity, community and transformation. He is the founder of the 800 Collective, a group that uses art as a means of civic engagement, which he represented at the inaugural Obama Foundation Summit in 2017. Learn more about Josiah and the 800 Collective at 800collective.org.

Jeana Lea is Corporate Social Responsibility Program Manager at Unum and manages the organization's Social Justice Grants. Prior to this position, she was Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Engagement for the United Way of Greater Chattanooga. Her current tenure at Unum is her second; she previously held other roles at the company including Community Relations Specialist. Learn more about Jeana here.

About Our Moderator
 
Donyel Johnson is Chief Development Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs Of Chattanooga and IDEA/Diversity Chair for our AFP Chapter. She is passionate about empowering underserved youth through educational and community programs. Previously, she held leadership roles in development at YMCA, Girls Inc, and, most recently, the Public Education Foundation.
