IDEA Fellowships

The AFP-MN (Association of Fundraising Professionals - MN Chapter) IDEA Fellowship exists to amplify the talents, experiences, and wisdom of Minnesota BIPOC fundraisers. The IDEA Fellowship is a space for BIPOC fundraisers to make connections for learning, weave a strong network for career growth, and collaborate with other BIPOC, non-profit leaders to center inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) in their work as fundraisers.
