Major Gifts

When:  Feb 26, 2026 from 11:30 AM to 01:00 PM (CT)
Associated with  AFP AL, North Chapter

Successful major gifts programs are built on strong relationships, thoughtful strategy, and intentional stewardship, not just making the ask.

Join us for a practical and engaging session led by Jennifer Swoboda, a North Alabama native and experienced Major Gift Officer, as she walks through the full major gifts cycle. Drawing on years of nonprofit leadership, volunteer management, and donor engagement experience, she will share real world insights on building meaningful donor relationships, researching and engaging prospects, securing the gift, and stewarding donors for long term impact.

Attendees will leave with actionable strategies they can apply immediately, whether they are new to major gifts or looking to strengthen an existing program.
