AFP Okanagan 2022 Annual General Meeting

Please join us for AFP Okanagan's Annual General Meeting!  

When:  Monday, June 27, 2022 at 4:00PM.
Where: BDO Canada, 400 - 1631 Dickson Ave., Kelowna

This is an important meeting because we have been asked by AFP Canada to change our standard board terms and fiscal year end:

MOTION - THAT AFP Okanagan board terms run January 1-December 31.

MOTION - THAT AFP Okanagan’s fiscal year end be changed to June 30.

Since our chapter was formed in 2015, we have extended our reach to include members from beyond the Okanagan to include the Thompson-Cariboo and Kootenays.  We want our chapter name to reflect the diverse geography we serve, and will be presenting a motion to change our chapter name:

MOTION - THAT AFP Okanagan’s chapter name be changed to to Association of Fundraising Professionals, Interior BC

Of course, we wish to thank our out-going board members for their service, are excited to present a new slate of directors including a new chapter president!
