Know Before You Go To ensure a smooth day for you, here are a few housekeeping items to keep in mind. Please share this information with your registered guests.
Conference rooms tend to be chilly. Please be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater.
Parking Please use the main valet located at the front entrance of the JW Marriott.
Parking is included with the price of your ticket until 5:00 p.m. only. Anyone who stays beyond 5:00 p.m. will be responsible to pay the $23.00 daily rate plus tax.
From the lobby, take the escalators to the second floor and follow signs for the Conference Center.
There will be AFP Volunteers guiding you to the event space located on the Diamond Level.
The address for the valet is 900 W. Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90015.
When you are ready to pick-up your car, take the escalators near the lobby entrance down to the valet pick-up counter.

We have a great line up of speakers, and you can see the day's schedule on the session page. If you are attending with other colleagues you may want to split up so that you can hear a myriad of topics and ideas that you can share with each other and take back to your organizations. All sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be many attendees, so be sure to arrive early for each session.
Registration will open at 7:45 a.m.
Breakfast burritos will be available starting at 8:00 a.m. in the Exhibitor area. You may also bring your breakfast to the general session. Please be sure to stop by and visit Exhibitor booths throughout the day! Our opening keynote will begin promptly at 8:45 a.m.

Lunch Your ticket also gives you access to the National Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon, which begins at 12:25 p.m. Conference attendees are invited to sit at any non-reserved table. You selected your meal choice when you signed up and paid for your ticket. The meal options are chicken, salmon, or a special meal (special meal satisfies vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free requests). Your meal selection ticket will be in the back of your badge. Please place this on your plate when you sit down for lunch.
Lunch Only Guests: Registration for honorees and sponsors will open at 11:30 a.m. All other lunch only guests are invited to arrive at 12 noon to check-in. Visit our team at the registration desk for your table assignment.
Lunch and Awards Ceremony will be from 12:25 p.m. - 1:55 p.m. A special email will be sent to Honorees explaining the VIP Reception, Luncheon and Awards schedule.
When you check-in you will receive table assignments and your lunch selection ticket. Please place this ticket on your plate for the server.
