Turbocharge Your Grant Seeking with a Winning Strategy
Non-profit organizations rely on diverse sources of funding to ensure consistent revenue and thriving programs - and the recent uncertainty in our world has only made the need for diversified funding streams even more critical! A strong, robust grant-seeking program is an important part of your organization’s funding portfolio. However, grant-seeking consumes time and resources – things that fund development and non-profit professionals NEVER have enough of! That is why it is SO critical to be strategic in your grant-seeking efforts. In this session, Kristen Berchtold, CFRE will demonstrate how to build a grant strategy and put processes in place to keep your efforts focused on the opportunities and tasks that will lead to securing grant awards – both efficiently and effectively.
Topics to be covered include:
- Creating goals and objectives for your grant-seeking efforts
- Developing grant-seeking infrastructure that advances your fundraising strategy and increases grant awards
- Prioritizing grant opportunities and identifying those that are the best fit
- Developing a strategic grant-seeking plan
- Building sustainability in your proposals and grant-seeking efforts
- Preparing to successfully manage grants once you receive them.
