The Forty-First Annual National Philanthropy Day Luncheon

The Central Iowa Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals is excited to celebrate the 41st Annual National Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon. We will celebrate leaders, organizations, and youth promoting philanthropy at this year’s event on Friday, November 20, 2026, at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown (mark you calendars now!)  

Please join us in honoring those who make a difference in Central Iowa through their generosity and commitment to philanthropy. We invite you to submit nominations in the following award categories:

  • Outstanding Corporate Philanthropy

  • Outstanding Individual Philanthropist

  • Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser

  • Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy

To learn more about each award category and to submit your nominations CLICK HERE. Due date for submissions is Friday, April 17th, at 11:59 p.m.

We encourage collaboration among individuals and organizations during the nomination process. If more than one nomination is submitted for the same individual or corporation, we will work with you to facilitate one nomination submission. You may make one nomination in each of the above categories.

Please note: You will be unable to save your progress in completing the online nomination form. We suggest that you copy the questions into a “working document” that you can save on your computer and collaborate with others prior to uploading final responses into the official online nomination form.
