President and Chief Executive Officer

 

 

Riverside Community Health Foundation seeks a highly accomplished and experienced executive to fill the role of President/CEO. This critical role will provide oversight and overall management, planning, vision and leadership for all aspects of the foundation. The President/CEO reports directly to the Board of Directors and partners with them and their committees to establish the strategic direction of the organization. This involves establishing effective policies and programs in support of the foundation’s vision and mission.

The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with exceptional relationship-building and management skills, must have at least five (5) years of senior management experience, preferably at the Chief Executive Officer level. A Master’s degree is required, in nonprofit management or public health is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of healthcare initiatives and a commitment to the core values of Riverside Community Health Foundation. He/she will have the ability to inspire others, values collaboration and mutual respect, and is someone who continually strives to improve personally and professionally. The annual salary range for this position is potentially
$200,000 to $220,000.
