Position Summary:

The Associate is an integral member of the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation team. Serves as the backbone of the operation by overseeing all administrative processes in place to manage the Foundation’s back of the house operations. Additionally, will conduct prospect research, coordinates all gift processing operations, and works closely with the hospital finance department for financial reporting. Must be extremely detail-oriented and work to ensure delivery of impeccable donor services. May perform other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:

High school diploma. 3-5 years of experience in office administrative support, project management, or event coordination. Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word. Good communication skills and high attention to detail. High level of operational experience with the Raiser’s Edge donor database software suite.

Bachelor's degree

Salary Range:

$29.00 - $42.00/hour
