The non-profit community and its fundraisers connect the region’s wide array of stakeholders from philanthropists to foundations, corporate leaders, and municipal, state, and federal partners. Together, we are working to advance quality of life across our communities. Fundraising and charitable giving is at the heart of funding this vital work. As a leader in advancing our region, we invite you to join in supporting the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Detroit Chapter (AFP-GDC) in 2025. 
 
Your support of AFP Greater Detroit contributes to building and fostering a network of fundraising professionals through monthly educational programming, signature events including our Philanthropy Breakfast on October 9, 2025 and National Philanthropy Day Awards and Dinner on November 13, 2025, the Fisher Fellows program and annual professional development for our sector. The Chapter and its programs are critical to developing and supporting a strong community – annually impacting more than 900 fundraising professionals and celebrating and uplifting philanthropy in our region. 
 
We invite you to partner with the AFP Greater Detroit Chapter in meeting our community’s need for fundraising training and education and public programs that advance the understanding of charitable giving by making a sponsorship commitment to support the Chapter’s activities. Sponsorships begin at $500 and include benefits such as logo recognition, event registrations, and flexible payment options.
