Join us for a panel discussion with funders and development professionals that explores how stewardship, storytelling, reporting, and other aspects of major gift and grant fundraising overlap.
Our panelists include Janet Cotraccia, Chief Impact Officer, Community Foundation of Tompkins County, Amanda McIntyre, Executive Director, Conrad and Virginia Klee Foundation, and Jessie Stone He, Chief Development Officer, Roberson Museum and Science Center. With more than three decades of combined experience from both the funder and the fundraiser perspective, the panelists will examine how major gifts and grants, two seemingly different areas of development, offer lessons that can be applied to both.
Moderator: Alli Sribarra, Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations, Sciencenter
Cost: $18 (AFP members), $30 (AFP non-members)
After the program you are invited to take a tour of Roberson. Featuring a dynamic variety of art, history, and science exhibitions, Roberson is a regional destination. Exhibitions currently on-view include Focus on Nature, a juried show of natural art illustrations, and Era of Change, which chronicles the exciting period of 1910-1930, when women's suffrage, prohibition, and entering WWI changed the face of our nation.
