Come learn, and be inspired, on National Philanthropy Day! AFP Oklahoma presents nationally
acclaimed expert and teacher, Peter Drury. His message is crucial for fundraising leaders, executive directors, board members – and all three in partnership. Whether you’re a seasoned nonprofit leader, an experienced fundraiser, a board member, or new to the field, this training is for you! You will leave this session with the following takeaways:
∙A framework for leadership that enables both effective fundraising and programmatic impact
∙Tools and tips for bringing out the best in your team, including early-career, mid-career and volunteer members
∙A road-map to building a culture of philanthropy within your organization
∙Cost-saving strategies for engaging donors and raising more money
serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Wellspring Family Services in Seattle, Washington, and teaches fundraising in the Master of Nonprofit Leadership Program at Seattle University. He is Past President of the AFP Advancement Northwest Chapter, and is a skilled teacher who will make the art and science of fundraising leadership come to life!
