• 40 minute session followed by Q&A
• Title – Carrying on Through Times of Uncertainty
• Description – The Covid-19 Pandemic has had tremendous impact on all aspects of our lives and has called for adaptability and reevaluation of our priorities.  This session will look at how trauma impacts us and explores ways to bolster our ability to carry on and flourish during these times of uncertainty.
