  • AFP Tri-State Chapter August 2022 Meeting

    Just a reminder there will be no AFP Tri-State meeting luncheon this month as most will be attending the Virginia Fund Raising Institute (VFRI) conference.

     Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 9, beginning at Noon in the Garden Room at The George Washington Hotel, 103 East Piccadilly Street, Winchester,  Virginia. Steve MacLaughlin, Vice President of Data and Analytics at Blackbaud and bestselling author of Data Driven Nonprofits, will be presenting on strategies for mid-level donors through data and analytics.

    Steve MacLaughlin is the Vice President of Data & Analytics at Blackbaud and bestselling author of Data Driven Nonprofits. MacLaughlin has been featured as a fundraising and nonprofit expert in The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, and on National Public Radio. MacLaughlin serves on the board of the Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN) and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events. Steve earned both his undergraduate degree and a Master of Science degree in Interactive Media from Indiana University.

    The Virginia Fund Raising Institute is pleased to announce the workshop schedule for this year's 30th annual conference!
