    Marketing Workshop: A How-To for Planning, Strategy and Execution Developing a marketing strategy and plan is essential to your fundraising success. This workshop will provide you with a springboard to create a successful marketing plan. We'll cover the basics of a marketing strategy and provide ideas to get your message to your audience. Then, dive into the top 10 ideas for delivering your marketing plan using social media. You’ll learn how you can use the data it provides to help you make informed (and smart!) decisions, and how you can use its tools and tactics for building a larger community of followers as well as sponsorship ideas. Learning Objectives: Develop a marketing plan that will move your mission forward. Manage and integrate your marketing goals, tactics and tie them to helpful measurement. Provide high-level ideas for utilizing social media to drive your bottom line—donations. Provide specific tactical ideas on social media, including using data to make informed decisions. Her career blossomed while working up the ladder at one of the top ad agencies in the mid-Atlantic region. Sabrina has a reputation for transformational leadership through staffing and mission alignment, fundraising, expanding programming, and community partnerships. Prior to starting Supporting World Hope, Sabrina served as the Chief Executive Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Edinburg RGV. Among Sabrina’s successes is that she increased operation revenue from $750,000 to $2.5M, completed a $12M comprehensive capital campaign, established at $500,000 endowment, and had 180 days in cash reserves in the 3rd poorest county in the United States. In addition to her CEO experience, she also held the position of Vice President of Operations. She has facilitated numerous workshops with hundreds of nonprofit professionals. Sabrina is certified in Nonprofit Management by Harvard Business School.
