AFP Webinar: Amplifying Your Fundraising Through Non-Cash Assets

When:  Nov 13, 2025 from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM (ET)

1:00-2:00 PM Eastern | Presenter: Jeremy Wells, MA, CFRE

Fundraisers and nonprofits are constantly looking for ways to grow their giving and increase their impact. One great way to do this is to leverage more non-cash assets for your program. Did you know that only about 10% of wealth is held in cash, yet it continues to be the primary gift nonprofits request and donors give? If we want expanded results and impact, we need to find ways to ask for more gifts of assets as opposed to gifts of income. By incorporating non-cash assets into your fundraising strategy, fundraisers and organizations have the opportunity to both amplify their results and impact. These gifts can often be smarter gifts for donors to make as well!

At the end of the session, participants will:

  • Learn the next best steps to establishing or growing a non-cash asset program at your organization
  • Understand the processes and procedures needed to make this a seamless and enjoyable process for the donor
  • Discover the partners that exist to help you move these strategies forward successfully
  • Avoid the most common mistakes that trip up fundraisers and cause frustration for donors
