AFP Webinar — Getting Back to Basics: How Small Shops Can Thrive During Challenging Times

When:  Aug 5, 2026 from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM (ET)

1:00-2:00 PM Eastern | Presenters: Amy Wolfe and Natalie Gupton

During challenging times, small non-profit leaders often find themselves worried about how they’ll make ends meet. It can lead to pursuit of short-term solutions that lack connection to mission, waste valuable staff time, and detract from an organization’s strategic direction. In this session, we will review the time-tested strategies that best serve a small organization and allow them to maximize their limited resources.
